SAVING FLIPPER

So why support Saving Flipper?  Because if we keep doing what we’re doing, we’re gonna keep getting exactly what we’re getting and that is A Sea of Dead Animals and completely Decimated Federally Protected Land and Sea.

In case you haven’t heard or read, the methane levels alone were just scientifically proven to be 1 Million times higher than normal.  And the oxygen levels have been depleted to the tipping point of a official ‘Dead Zone’.  A Dead Zone is an area of sea that is incapable of sustaining any life form.  A small Dead Zone already existed where the MS River entered the Gulf Stream.  This Dead Zone was caused by pollutants and it is never expected to recover. 

So one can safely assume, everything that’s happening in LA is going to happen all the way around the Gulf Coast and most likely into the Atlantic Current and up the East Coast.

Sounds extreme I know.  But again, by the 1^st of May, I already knew all the dolphins, pelicans and marine life were going to die in the Gulf Coast.  And that’s when BP was blowing smoke up our face saying it was only ‘leaking 210,000 gallons / day’. 

Now we know the number is much higher (as I predicted) and is closer to 100,000 barrels or the equivalent of 4.2 Million Gallons per day.  Folks that’s an Exxon Valdez every 3 days.  I’ll let you do the math on just how many Valdez’s that’ll equal by Aug 1^st.

My point being, everything in the Gulf Coast is going to die!  The fisherman know it, BP knows it, our politicians know it and now know you do to.  And NO, it won’t be coming back in our lifetime!!
