This Rescue Mission is 'ON HOLD' while all attempts are made to save the animals on land and help families that want to voluntarily leave the Gulf.
The mission of ‘Saving Flipper’ is far outside the paradigm of normal, but folks, we are dealing with an unprecedented catastrophe, but not unpredicted times…
WHAT CAN WE DO?
We're going to rescue, load and reloate! That's right! Saving Flipper is literally going to rescue the uncontaminated marine and coral life from the Gulf and RELOCATE them to a protected marine preserve in
I know, it sounds Insane Right? But what are the alternatives? We KILL all the pelicans, seagulls, dolphins, sea turtles, clown fish, yellow tans and other magnificant marine life as well as the coral reef in the entire
I'm not a marine biologist or oceanographer and I'm not pretending to have all the answers.
Who I am is just a country girl with a big heart and an endless passion for animals. And I know the right people are out there to make this happen, Destiny just needs to bring us together.

There is "A Whale" of an Ark heading back home from the Gulf of Mexico...
The Taiwanese vessel dubbed "A Whale," was "REJECTED" by our Coast Guard on July 17th. Shocking Right?
TMT Shipping, the company that created 'A Whale' began retrofitting their enormous barge the very same day it came off the production line! The owner believed with all his heart that his Whale could be a blessing for the disaster in the Gulf Coast. In so much, he ordered "A Whale" to be retrofitted to make the world's largest oil skimmer and help the United States in their time of need. The transformation from an iron-ore transporting vessel to the world's largest oil skimmer took TMT only 14-days!
But of course, true to the ongoing tragedy, our government "REJECTED" 'A Whale' claiming: "The U.S. Coast Guard says it was too big to maneuver around the smaller patches and ribbons of oil on the water."
The "Whale" is 10 stories high, is 3-1/2 football fields long and can hold nearly 300,000 gallons of ocean water!
Just as the owner of "A Whale", Nobu Su, saw an opportunity to help the world, I immediately saw "A Whale" as a vessel of opportunity for Saving Flipper! For Mr. Su and our country's sake, I wish the US would BAN BP from using Corexit which is blamed for dispersing the oil making it impossible for 'A Whale' to skim it from the surface. However, I'm praying that somehow, someway, God helps us catch that Whale and transform it one more time... this time to save thousands of innocents lives by slightly modifying it into
"A Whale of An Ark"

"Saving Flipper" "... Or NOT ..."
STEP 1
A team of legal professionals will obtain an Executive Orders from President Obama granting the "Saving Flipper" team permission and access to remove coral reef and marine life from the FL Keys.
A 2nd Executive Order from President Obama will be required to dedicate an uninhibited and non-tourist area of
Former President George W. Bush Jr. has already successfully completed such an Executive Order for the nation’s largest marine preserve in
We've considered requesting the marine and animal life be moved into the existing 'Northwestern Hawaiian Islands Marine Sanctuary', however, since we can not guarantee the coral reef or marine life in the FL Keys hasn’t already been contaminated by the dispersant Corexit, it wouldn't be safe to move anything from the Keys into the NHI preserve for fear of possible cross-contamination.
STEP 2
Experts in the field of coral harvesting/spawning come together as a Unified Team and determine the best approach to safely remove coral reef from the FL Keys. I know most people are saying “that’s insane” the oil hasn’t reached the Keys yet, but that my friend is the whole point. If we wait until the oil and toxic dispersant Corexit hit the Keys, this life saving mission will be too late.
There is not one shred of evidence that even the strongest of coral reef or marine life can survive the oncoming toxic oil and dispersant Corexit that BP has used even against demands from the United States EPA.
Step 3
Professionals or experts in the field of "Harvesting / Spawning" Coral will determine which coral plants would have the highest success rate of survival. Once this is established, the coral will be delicately and professionally harvested, attached to appropriate platforms and gently prepared for transportation to HI.
Step 4
Professional divers will slowly make their way through the uncontaminated waters and gently net as many fish that live in and around the coral as possible. The marine life will then be carefully loaded onto the ship and readied for the voyage to HI.
Step 5
The experts will determine what food sources are required for all life that is rescued and ensure it's transport to the new location as well.
